{"id":3701,"date":"2022-01-28T13:45:59","date_gmt":"2022-01-28T13:45:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.eu\/?p=3701"},"modified":"2025-04-15T13:21:05","modified_gmt":"2025-04-15T13:21:05","slug":"mas-de-80-profesionales-se-interesan-por-las-claves-de-la-sostenibilidad-en-el-sector-ceramico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/es\/mas-de-80-profesionales-se-interesan-por-las-claves-de-la-sostenibilidad-en-el-sector-ceramico\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s de 80 profesionales se interesan por las claves de la sostenibilidad en el sector cer\u00e1mico | More than 80 professionals were interested in the keys to sustainability in the ceramic sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Castell\u00f3n 09\/11\/2021.- Un total de 87 profesionales, 35 presenciales y 52 conectados online, siguieron con atenci\u00f3n el desarrollo del Info Day llevado a cabo el pasado 04\/11\/2021 en las instalaciones del Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda Cer\u00e1mica (ITC-AICE) para conocer qu\u00e9 tecnolog\u00edas novedosas y qu\u00e9 tipo de buenas pr\u00e1cticas se est\u00e1n realizando para alcanzar la sostenibilidad en la industria cer\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-3703 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nConcretamente, esta actividad, titulada: Info Day: \u201cSostenibilidad en el sector cer\u00e1mico\u201d se enmarc\u00f3 en el plan de acciones de difusi\u00f3n del proyecto europeo LIFE HYPOBRICK, y tuvo el respaldo del Cap\u00edtulo Espa\u00f1ol de la Sociedad Americana de Cer\u00e1mica, cuya sede se encuentra en la Universitat Jaume I de Castell\u00f3 y m\u00e1s concretamente en el Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda Cer\u00e1mica, que, junto al Vicerrectorado de Investigaci\u00f3n y Transferencia de la Universitat Jaume I de Castell\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Proyectos Europeos e Internacionales (OPEI) y el Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda Cer\u00e1mica (ITC-AICE), dio a conocer diversas iniciativas importantes que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo en la actualidad para ayudar a potenciar la sostenibilidad en el sector industrial cer\u00e1mico.<br \/>\nEn sesi\u00f3n de apertura estuvo presente Jes\u00fas Lancis, Vicerrector de Investigaci\u00f3n y Transferencia de la Universitat Jaume I (UJI), Yolanda Reig, secretaria de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de las Industrias Cer\u00e1micas (ITC-AICE), Joan Piquer Huerga, director general de Calidad y Educaci\u00f3n Ambiental de la Conseller\u00eda de Agricultura, Desarrollo Rural, Emergencia Clim\u00e1tica y Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica de la Generalitat Valenciana (GVA) y Arnaldo Moreno Berto, presidente del Cap\u00edtulo espa\u00f1ol de la Sociedad Americana de Cer\u00e1mica (ACerS), tambi\u00e9n impulsora del evento.<br \/>\nVarios casos de \u00e9xito y ejemplos de econom\u00eda circular y simbiosis industrial se presentaron, concretamente algunos proyectos financiados por el Programa LIFE de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, como por ejemplo, el proyecto LIFE EGGSHELLENCE (Ref.: LIFE19 ENV\/ES\/000121) que es un ejemplo de la simbiosis industrial entre las empresas ovoproductoras y las cer\u00e1micas, a cargo de Francisca Quereda (ITC-AICE); el proyecto LIFE REPLAY (Ref.: LIFE 20 ENV\/ES\/000115), que acaba de comenzar hace poco tiempo y se centra en el reciclaje de componentes s\u00f3lidos basados en metales pesados y efluentes org\u00e1nicos para su uso en la industria cer\u00e1mica, a cargo de Jorge Gonz\u00e1lez Moreno (ITC-AICE).<br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n se explic\u00f3 el proyecto iWAYS, coordinado por la Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, en el que participan ITC-AICE y la UJI, con financiaci\u00f3n del Programa H2020 de la UE (Ref.: 958274 ) que busca soluciones innovadoras de recuperaci\u00f3n de agua mediante el reciclaje de calor, materiales y agua en m\u00faltiples sectores y que present\u00f3 Irina Celades (ITC-AICE).<br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n se dedic\u00f3 un bloque a la industria hipocarb\u00f3nica, en donde M\u00f3nica Vicent (ITC-AICE) present\u00f3 el proyecto LIFE HYPOBRICK: \u201cHacia una Econom\u00eda hipocarb\u00f3nica. Desarrollo de materiales de construcci\u00f3n \u2018no cocidos\u2019 a partir de residuos\u201d, apoyado por los fondos del Programa LIFE (Ref.: LIFE18 CCM\/ES\/001114), impulsor de este evento, seguido por la intervenci\u00f3n del catedr\u00e1tico de la UJI, Eliseo Monfort que explic\u00f3 el proyecto DREAM (Ref.: 723641), en el que se ha trabajado para dise\u00f1ar hornos eficientes en recursos y energ\u00eda. DREAM tiene el apoyo del programa Horizonte 2020 de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea y su coordinador es la firma SACMI IMOLA.<br \/>\nAsimismo, se dio paso a otro bloque dedicado a materiales y componentes, en donde se explic\u00f3 el proyecto FORGE (Ref.: 958457) financiado por el Programa Europeo Horizonte 2020 en el que tambi\u00e9n participan ITC-AICE y la UJI. En FORGE se est\u00e1 trabajando en el desarrollo de recubrimientos novedosos y rentables para aplicaciones de procesamiento de alta energ\u00eda, y esta exposici\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del catedr\u00e1tico de la UJI Prof. Jos\u00e9 Luis Amor\u00f3s. A continuaci\u00f3n, el Catedr\u00e1tico de la UJI Enrique S\u00e1nchez, director del IUTC, present\u00f3 el proyecto REMEB, con financiaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, dentro del programa de investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n Horizonte 2020 (Ref.: 641998) un Biorreactor cer\u00e1mico de membrana (MBR) ecol\u00f3gico basado en residuos agr\u00edcolas e<br \/>\nindustriales reciclados para la reutilizaci\u00f3n de aguas residuales. Por \u00faltimo, y antes de pasar al espacio de debate, preguntas y comentarios, tambi\u00e9n existi\u00f3 un espacio dedicado a la Salud Laboral en donde se abord\u00f3 el proyecto LIFE NANOHEALTH: Reducci\u00f3n de la exposici\u00f3n a las nanopart\u00edculas en los lugares de trabajo en la industria (Ref.: LIFE20 ENV\/ES\/000187) a cargo de Vicenta Sanf\u00e9lix Forner de ITC-AICE, as\u00ed como el proyecto SILIFE: Producci\u00f3n de polvos de cuarzo con toxicidad reducida de s\u00edlice cristalina (Ref.: LIFE14 ENV\/ES\/000238) presentado por el Catedr\u00e1tico de la UJI, Eliseo Monfort.<br \/>\nTras estas exposiciones se llev\u00f3 a cabo una mesa redonda moderada por Francisco Javier Garc\u00eda, responsable del \u00c1rea de Nuevos Materiales y Tecnolog\u00edas Cer\u00e1micas de ITC-AICE, en la que estuvo presente Joan Piquer, director general de Calidad y Educaci\u00f3n Ambiental de la Conseller\u00eda de Agricultura, Desarrollo Rural, Emergencia Clim\u00e1tica y Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica de la Generalitat Valenciana (GVA), Irina Celades, responsable del \u00c1rea de Sostenibilidad de ITC-AICE, Arnaldo Moreno, como presidente del Cap\u00edtulo Espa\u00f1ol de la ACERS y Jos\u00e9 Joaqu\u00edn Santos, director de la empresa gestora de residuos, Recycling, Consulting &amp;amp; Services, miembro del consorcio del proyecto LIFE HYPOBRICK.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_164459-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-3704 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_164459-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_164459-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_164459-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_164459-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_164459-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_164459-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nEn esencia, son muchas y muy intensas las actividades de I+D+i que se est\u00e1n desarrollando y que se van implantando, dado que es fundamental alcanzar la sostenibilidad, tratando de ir en l\u00ednea con la simbiosis industrial con el prop\u00f3sito de avanzar hacia un modelo de econom\u00eda circular, objeto de esta acci\u00f3n de difusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Castell\u00f3n 09\/11\/2021.- A total of 87 professionals, 35 in person and 52 online, followed the Info Day held on 04\/11\/2021 at the facilities of the Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda Cer\u00e1mica (ITC-AICE) to find out what new technologies and best practices are being used to achieve sustainability in the ceramic industry.<br \/>\nSpecifically, this activity, entitled: Info Day: &amp;quot;Sustainability in the ceramic sector was framed in the dissemination actions plan of the European project LIFE HYPOBRICK, and had the support of the Spanish Chapter of the American Ceramic Society (ACERS), whose headquarters is located at the Universitat Jaume I of Castell\u00f3 and more specifically at the Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda Cer\u00e1mica, which, together with the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Transfer of the Universitat Jaume I of Castell\u00f3, through the European and International Projects Office (OPEI) and ITC-AICE, presented several important initiatives that are currently being carried out to help enhance sustainability in the ceramic industry.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-3703 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/20211104_175854-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThe opening session was attended by Jes\u00fas Lancis, Vice-Rector for Research and Transfer of the Universitat Jaume I (UJI), Yolanda Reig, secretary of the Ceramic Industries Research Association (ITC-AICE), Joan Piquer Huerga, General Director of Quality and Environmental Education of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition of the Generalitat Valenciana (GVA) and Arnaldo Moreno Berto, President of the Spanish Chapter of the American Ceramic Society (ACerS), also the sponsor of the event.<br \/>\nSeveral successful cases and examples of circular economy and industrial symbiosis were presented, specifically some projects funded by the LIFE Programme of the European Union, such as the LIFE EGGSHELLENCE project (Ref.: LIFE19 ENV\/ES\/000121), which is an example of industrial symbiosis between egg production companies and ceramics companies, led by Francisca Quereda (ITC-AICE) the LIFE REPLAY project (Ref.: LIFE20 ENV\/ES\/000115), which has just started recently and focuses on the recycling of solid components based on heavy metals and organic effluents for use in the ceramics industry, led by Jorge Gonz\u00e1lez Moreno (ITC-AICE).<br \/>\nThe iWAYS project was also explained, coordinated by the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, in which ITC-AICE and the UJI participate, with funding from the EU H2020 Programme (Ref.: 958274 ) which seeks innovative solutions for water recovery by recycling heat, materials and water in multiple sectors and which will be presented by Irina Celades (ITC-AICE).<br \/>\nA block was also dedicated to the low-carbon industry, where M\u00f3nica Vicent (ITC-AICE) presented the LIFE HYPOBRICK project: Towards a low- carbon economy. Development of \u2018non-fired\u2019 construction materials from wastes, supported by funds from the LIFE Programme (Ref: LIFE18 CCM\/ES\/001114), promoter of this event, followed by the intervention of the professor of the UJI, Eliseo Monfort who explained the DREAM project (Ref.: 723641), which has been working to design resource and energy efficient ovens. DREAM is supported by the Horizon 2020 programme of the European Commission and its coordinator is the firm SACMI IMOLA.<br \/>\nAnother block was dedicated to materials and components, where the FORGE Project (Ref.: 958457) funded by the European Horizon 2020 Programme in which ITC-AICE and the UJI also participate, was explained. FORGE is working on the development of novel and cost-effective coatings for high-energy processing applications, and this presentation was given by the UJI Prof. Jos\u00e9 Luis Amor\u00f3s.
