El motivo no es otro que la celebraci\u00f3n de la 2\u00aa Reuni\u00f3n Anual de LIFE HYPOBRICK, que cuenta con la financiaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea a trav\u00e9s del Programa LIFE (Ref.: LIFE 18 CCM\/ES\/001114).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Hoy ha concluido la segunda jornada de la reuni\u00f3n en la que se han abordado los pasos para la obtenci\u00f3n de ladrillos para la construcci\u00f3n en los que se han empleado residuos procedentes de otros sectores y en donde se elimina la etapa de cocci\u00f3n, una fase que consume el 90% de la energ\u00eda del proceso productivo. LIFE HYPOBRICK pretende ayudar a industrias como la ladrillera, que hacen un uso intensivo de energ\u00eda, a alcanzar los objetivos marcados por la UE en materia de reutilizaci\u00f3n de residuos, maximizaci\u00f3n del reciclaje, cambios en las tecnolog\u00edas del proceso, reducci\u00f3n de consumo energ\u00e9tico y emisiones de CO<\/span><sub><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2<\/span><\/sub><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> y otros compuestos nocivos a la atm\u00f3sfera. El proyecto original de nuestra f\u00e1brica, hace ya 50 a\u00f1os, se gest\u00f3 desde un principio optimizando la utilizaci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda y el aprovechamiento m\u00e1ximo de los recursos naturales. Por eso, utilizamos combustibles limpios y reutilizamos la energ\u00eda obtenida, con el fin de generar el menor impacto al medio ambiente y disminuir los gases de efecto invernadero, siguiendo en todo momento los protocolos internacionales y la tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s vanguardista en el sector (MTD) o Mejores Tecnolog\u00edas Disponibles. La oportunidad de trabajar en el proyecto LIFE HYPOBRICK nos parece un desaf\u00edo al que podemos contribuir con nuestra experiencia y conocimiento y que sirva para demostrar que es posible que la industria ladrillera en Europa pueda producir con elevados niveles de calidad y de un modo que impacte lo menos posible en el entorno. The reason is none other than the celebration of the 2nd Annual Meeting of LIFE HYPOBRICK, which is funded by the European Union through the LIFE Programme (Ref.: LIFE 18 CCM\/ES\/001114).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The second day of the meeting concluded today, during which the steps for obtaining bricks for construction using waste from other sectors and eliminating the firing stage, a phase that consumes 90% of the energy in the production process, were discussed. LIFE HYPOBRICK aims to help energy-intensive industries such as the brick industry to meet EU targets for reusing waste, maximising recycling, changing process technologies, reducing energy consumption and reducing emissions of CO2 and other harmful compounds into the atmosphere. The original project for our factory, 50 years ago now, was conceived from the beginning with a view to optimising the use of energy and making the best possible use of natural resources. Therefore, we use clean fuels and reuse the energy obtained, in order to generate the least impact on the environment and reduce greenhouse gases, following at all times the international protocols and the most cutting-edge technology in the sector (BAT) or Best Available Technologies. The opportunity to work on the LIFE HYPOBRICK project seems to us to be a challenge to which we can contribute with our experience and knowledge and which will serve to demonstrate that it is possible for the brick industry in Europe to produce with high levels of quality and in a way that has the least possible impact on the environment.
