{"id":3467,"date":"2021-05-28T06:38:58","date_gmt":"2021-05-28T06:38:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.eu\/?p=3467"},"modified":"2025-04-15T13:21:30","modified_gmt":"2025-04-15T13:21:30","slug":"life-hypobrick-liderado-por-itc-aice-implanta-un-prototipo-industrial-para-obtener-ladrillos-sostenibles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifehypobrick.com\/es\/life-hypobrick-liderado-por-itc-aice-implanta-un-prototipo-industrial-para-obtener-ladrillos-sostenibles\/","title":{"rendered":"LIFE HYPOBRICK, liderado por ITC-AICE, implanta un prototipo industrial para obtener ladrillos sostenibles | LIFE HYPOBRICK, led by ITC-AICE, implements an industrial prototype for sustainable bricks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Castell\u00f3n, 25 de mayo de 2021.- La empresa fabricante de ladrillos Cer\u00e1micas Mora, ubicada en Toledo y miembro del grupo de trabajo del Proyecto LIFE HYPOBRICK, liderado por el Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda Cer\u00e1mica (ITC-AICE), aborda en sus instalaciones la implantaci\u00f3n de un prototipo industrial en el que se llevar\u00e1n a cabo las pruebas piloto cuyo objetivo es obtener ladrillos fabricados a partir de distintos tipos de residuos eliminando el tradicional proceso de cocci\u00f3n, y sustituy\u00e9ndolo por la novedosa tecnolog\u00eda de activaci\u00f3n alcalina, por la que los ladrillos se someten a un proceso de curado a muy baja temperatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE HYPOBRICK, financiado por el Programa LIFE (LIFE 18\/CCM\/ES\/001114) con el apoyo del Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial (IVACE) de la Generalitat Valenciana, cont\u00f3 con la empresa Cer\u00e1micas Mora por ser una de las f\u00e1bricas de ladrillos m\u00e1s modernas de Europa. Consta de dos l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n para fabricar ladrillos gresificados (clinker) a elevada temperatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan M\u00f3nica Vicent, investigadora principal de LIFE HYPOBRICK en ITC-AICE: \u201calgunas de las etapas del nuevo proceso son bastante similares al proceso cer\u00e1mico existente, pero otras son diferentes, y por eso Cer\u00e1micas MORA ha implementado un prototipo para conformar los nuevos ladrillos. Las principales diferencias entre los dos procesos son, por ejemplo, el uso de una soluci\u00f3n alcalina para<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">\u00a0<\/span>la preparaci\u00f3n del ladrillo en lugar de agua, y que toda la maquinaria que est\u00e9 en contacto con la nueva materia prima debe ser resistente a un pH elevado (tolvas, cintas transportadoras, mezcladoras, etc.), existiendo un cambio en la conformaci\u00f3n del ladrillo que suele hacerse por extrusi\u00f3n, y esta vez se llevar\u00e1 a cabo con otra t\u00e9cnica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por estas razones, seg\u00fan la investigadora, ha sido esencial desarrollar un prototipo industrial diferente a la hora de dar forma a los nuevos ladrillos, ya que tiene que estar basado en el proceso de activaci\u00f3n alcalina y conformado por prensado pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El prototipo est\u00e1 ya desarrollado en las instalaciones de Cer\u00e1micas Mora, y seg\u00fan explican, no ha sido f\u00e1cil precisamente, dadas las condiciones impuestas por la pandemia, pero tambi\u00e9n las condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas que supuso el paso de \u201cFilomena\u201d por esa \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica, que retras\u00f3 su instalaci\u00f3n y puesta a punto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo es el prototipo industrial de LIFE HYPOBRICK?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El prototipo de LIFE HYPOBRICK consta de una tolva que recibe la composici\u00f3n de los nuevos ladrillos procedente de una mezcladora. Por la parte inferior de esta tolva pasa una cinta en movimiento que transporta moldes, y adem\u00e1s una esp\u00e1tula los llena completamente al tiempo que alisa la superficie de los ladrillos, que ser\u00e1n extra\u00eddos mediante un proceso hidr\u00e1ulico. It is equipped with two production lines for the production of high-temperature clinker bricks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to M\u00f3nica Vicent, principal researcher of LIFE HYPOBRICK at ITC: \u00abSome of the stages of the new process are quite similar to the existing ceramic process, but others are different, and that is why Cer\u00e1micas MORA has implemented a prototype to produce the new bricks. The main differences between the two processes are, for example, the use of an alkaline solution for the preparation of the brick instead of water, and that all the machinery in contact with the new compositions must be resistant to high pH (hoppers, conveyor belts, mixers, etc.), there is a change in the moulding of the brick that is usually done by extrusion, and this time it will be carried out with another technique\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For these reasons, according to the researcher, it has been essential to develop a different industrial prototype when shaping the new bricks, as it has to be based on the process of alkaline activation and moulded by plastic pressing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prototype has already been developed at the Cer\u00e1micas Mora facilities, and according to the researcher, it has not been easy, given the conditions imposed by the pandemic, but also the weather conditions caused by the storm \u00abFilomena\u00bb that passed through the geographical area, which delayed its installation and fine-tuning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>How is the LIFE HYPOBRICK industrial prototype?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The LIFE HYPOBRICK prototype consists of a hopper that receives the composition of the new bricks from a mixer. A moving belt passes through the bottom of this hopper carrying moulds, and a spatula fills the moulds completely while smoothing the surface of the bricks, which will be extracted by a hydraulic process.
